Mission and aims

The mission is determination of the balance of interests (duties, rights and responsibility) of an employer and an applicant, inducing  them to its following.
With the help of the mission we strengthen contacts in the job market, solving by means of our activity its tasks, promoting tendencies of staff policy development in the country as a whole.

The key aim of the organization is assistance in employment through staff agencies to a segment of applicants who are in demand by the market. It is carried out by means of rendering recruiting services to employers at their requests, using modern technologies and  necessary sources of finance (on a paid basis).

The balance of interests

The interest from each side is determined by a certain aim or a set of aims. It means that the interest has a direction. Initially, an applicant and an employer define the vector of their interests only following their own wishes without paying attention and adaptation to each other. In its turn the agency helps to relate vectors of the sides and create a joint direction which will be optimal for effective cooperation. So, the flexible system reacting to all changes and adopting to them is a desired balance by the Agency. With reference to the system’s activity it is crucially important not only to find it but also know how to follow it.

Inducing

The task of the agency is to explain an employer and an applicant the real situation in the job market: expectations of participants who take part in the interaction are examined considering opportunities and expectations of each side. The motive of inducement is predicting and competent designing of the situation in cases of following or not following the balance of interest.

Following

When the optimal direction is found, it is necessary to follow it: the balance of interest creates a harmonious world with comfortable conditions for everyone, the world of useful and mutually beneficial collaboration. This world is strong, dynamic and guarantees success if its base, the balance, followed. But if its base is neglected, it becomes fragile and destroys quickly.

Assistance

Preparation of an applicant to successful cooperation with a potential employer and further collaboration with him is what we put in the notion “assistance”. To achieve a result which we are interested in as professionals, we use effective means: consultations in drafting CVs, testing, preparation for an interview, assistance in adaptation in a new team and etc.

With the help of staff agencies

We work with those applicants who are in demand by the market by staff agencies. For certain vacant positions an employer looks for employees by himself. However, there are specialists who can be selected only by recruiters, thus their demand is determined by staff agencies.

A segment

Is a group of people connected by the same needs. It is possible on their base to predict feedback from these people (a group) about market incentives of a supplier.

At their requests

Search is determined by the Client’s demands. That is why there is no any lobbying of interests of a particular person. An applicant’s candidacy is offered if it meets application criteria. These are job-market’s demands.

Necessary sources of finance

It is obvious that sources of finance are necessary for effective work of any organization. One part of them is fees to employees for their successful performance and professionalism, another part is investments in development of an organization, which all sides of cooperation are interested in. As a result of collaboration, financing our activity, an employer and an applicant receive services of high quality in solving their tasks and in satisfying their interests.
